Dear Five Corners Neighbor !!

We are excited to announce Sustainable Jersey City's initiative, with St. Paul's Lutheran Church, to establish an Eco District in Ward C starting with the Five Corners neighborhood. We are interested, first, in learning about you, your sustainability needs and the steps you may have already taken to attain your sustainability goals.

Working together we can bring Jersey City neighbors and neighborhoods together to create a more vibrant and sustainable community within which to live, work and play.

It should take you about 15 minutes to answer the following questions, so that we can connect you most effectively with resources that match your needs.

Any publication of data will be in aggregate form only, and will keep your contact information confidential at all times.

At the end of the survey, you will be taken to the Sustainable JC web page, and there given the option to endorse the SJC Sustainability Charter.
